Hey guys, I am currently working on an easier way to make TEX files, and since everyone has Paint.NET (Pretty much), I couldn't think of any better way

It's kinda impressive, really good work. FYI, Tex Manager program permits the use of a forth very low mipmap level, you should add it too.
