Jeremy, all ya gotta do now is paint it lime green, add some stripes to it, add a lift kit, some stacks, window tinting all the way to opaque black, some tail light covers, a sticker across your rear window, and you'll be good.

The last time I went to LA people did not dare to put a plate only "possibly for fear" but thanks for the tip.

We can't. We can remove a front plate. The rear plate stays. That's till illegal.. LOL America isn't some freedom trip.
