I've never played the original Sims, but I've played the sequels,
I now just play Sims 4 because I ditched the other two as soon as I got it.

Well, I found The Sims 2 at a local thrift store, so i pulled out one of the cardboard shelves, and it pretty much disintegrated right in front of me. So, there was "Who Wants to be a Millionaire 2", some Solitaire games, and some more crappy games piled on the floor. I find the Sims 2 jewelcase, in decent condition, but the CD wouldnt snap in place, and there was some scratches. Okay. When the cashier tries to put my game in the bag, she swipes it quickly, and *fwoop*... the 3rd CD falls out. Another scratch. Then I get home.

The CD hesitated to load on both my computers, my XP would only install the game only up to around 17%, my Windows 7 would only tell me that install.exe was not a valid Win32 application, and the same happened on my Win XP, so thank goodness I only paid .99 cents for it. At least my sister has it....or not. She couldn't find it.
