Yup! By default the cable cars have an HLIGHT and SHADOW object, why not use it?

Re-did particles, now using a custom built particle system that emulates MM2's

Really impressive work !
I hope it will be possibble to create mod to it like the original MM2, maybe more easy and with more features ?
I think you should create a new map with new cars, sell it as a new game without rights properties problems, and make the MM2 assets like an additional non official content.
