Forum sections changes

Hello everybody in the forum.
As you've well noticed, lot of things have changed here, and in better. Together with the new website version, the forum has been updated simplifying the sections making it much more clear with the new detailed explains.
The Midtown Madness games part has got the best improvements. The two sections about the other racing games, pretty dead in the latest years, have been fused in one about the gaming in general, because the gaming related topics has been the most discussed argument for years in this forum, second to the ones related with the Midtown Madness games series. The three really useless sections about the MM2X Upload Center, a feature of the website that never got finished and revealed, have been removed; the section About Website it's now about everything related to MM2X. Some more section will be revealed after the moving of other topics, and this is going to take some time.
I planned to do this since long time, and I decided to wait till the release of the new version of the website to do it.
