Yeah, this design was made by DjDecibel for the actual website, based on PHP-Nuke CMS, but it never got used. Also, it's long planned a deep change with the website, and DjDecibel did something about it, so it means that will have a totally different new look, too.

The theme hasn't been used in 2 years so I have my doubts that it won't be used anytime soon.

yes, as posted before that theme change was abandoned, i redesigned the entire template with css and html5 new features, with a modern style
