I don't know exactly how it is, but the Staff Members figure says me to be the one of those who work only in the website updating adding downloads, posting news and accepting the submitted screenshots; they have no powers concerning the forum section. Moderators are those who have only complete or partial forum moderating powers.
Gafaddict and someone else were marked as Staff Members in past. Maybe in the first years of the website owned and managed by DjDecibel there was at least a moderator, but it looks like this figure has been never assigned to someone.
