About the awards, there has already been a best video maker award in 2011, check here; this time will be made considering only those who made videos in the current year. The awards for 2013 year will be almost the same of the 2011 year, they're already pretty complete and worth.
The idea of the nominations has been already considered, it's good from the reason said by Triple_X and a bit to avoid the voting diffused to too much members. I'll provide a base of awards and nominations to EnzoSkylineMiura. With the nominations will be especially avoided the fact of having more than one member to get the same position result for an award category (look to the 2011 year award example), so have three winners, two second places, etc. What about this?

you have my full support, but since i have not created ny thing for FS and or uploaded it anywhere i do not believe i have any contention so im in for it to go on, but out meaning im not entered or added...i was working on a ai edit of the basic race but i figure that's just for me...was going to do some paints of cars for mm1 but couldn't find any tutorials, and also wanted to convert or make a car for mm1 but got confused and gave up....si yes im out for this one....
