Download Mirror

Hi everyone, I am sure you have all noticed this, when you go to download a car, you have two options of how to download it, Download Now and Download Mirror

What are the differences and why is Download Mirror recommended?

Download mirror downloads the same file from another server I believe. It should be faster usually.

OK, so Download Now is for people who's Download Mirror server isnt working?

When i downloaded the Countryside track with Download Now the WinRar said the file is broken. But with Download Mirror was the file good.

A download mirror it's a second files downloading option, which uses a different server, property or not of the website's owner.
The files downloadable through the Download Now button are hosted in the main MM2X server, the one where's present the website and hosted websites, while the files downloadable through the Download Mirror button are hosted in a second MM2X server, used mainly for this purpose. Usually the files downloaded from this second server get downloaded faster than the first one, but obviously this thing depends also by the quality of your connection. This is why it's recommended, and both the servers are guaranteed to always work.

Thanks for the reporting Hungarymate. Was set a different file for the main link, in ZIP format too, now has been set the correct file.
