I was thinking about these categories, we should choose in best MM2 release(separated category for scratch car, converted car, track etc.) and categories like best 2010 breakout, if got any other ideas post them here

Best release would be very hard. It would be nice to include each author per best release, it would have to take some hard brain storming to figure out some, only 10 sections would be boring.

What about mm1 bests. I would win hands down for the year. lol. Yes. Authoer releases are great. and, nicestperson, mosts posts, etc. Like mm2c awards.

A similar idea was proposed by a member some years ago; it copied right from the MM2C forum year awards, but it didn't worked despite my little support to it. It could be resumed with pretty the same awards, the topic should be in this section.
If have to be added awards about the releases, like Sajmon says, they have to be about the ones available in this website, so, no MM1 related things. Too much hard and not worth decide for cars releases "best tuner" (why a such thing?) and "best sound maker".

Pratically make something like is at Madness Revived forum, the screenshots contest. It could work only if made in the same way like there, with topics, but a such thing can't work with the awards idea made like the one at MM2C forum. Is useless give such ideas if there isn't a base on how made these awards; the screenshots contest is a thing, the awards is another thing...
If this award idea have to be done, it should be done per year, and about the screenshots can be given the award for the best screenshots maker, of screenshots put in the website gallery but also in the forum (like HummersRock does with his topic).

i think it would be better to chose the best screen shot maker because there are so many screens and all the votes will split into different screens and it wouldn't be really good . so as you said franch make the best screen shots maker of the year and also for all the awards it would be better to make the second and the third place too

and for the think that i said about the best tuner i meant to choose who is the best one that makes tuned cars , luxury and so on to split the categories
