I have to extract the Century trailer from MM2Core, I selected the files I wanted and clicked extract. But I couldn't see the extracted files. It didn't ask me where I have to extract them. Nothing helps even after running as administrator.

The files extract to the midtown madness 2 folder (at least for me) go check there.

As Carfan says, the folders and files get extracted directly in the same folder where are present the 4 default game .ar files, that you open with DeAR 2. And, what is it? It's obviously the default game folder, placed by default in the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Midtown Madness 2.
It's hard to believe that you haven't never taken a look there and haven't noticed those folders, if you're really attempting to mod the game...

My MM2 directory is in Computer/D:/Games/Madness Warehouse/MM Warehouse/MM2/MM2 instead of Disk C then what?

Your files should be under that folder. For example, extracting mm2tex.ar would result in files located in Computer/D:/Games/Madness Warehouse/MM Warehouse/MM2/MM2/Jpg and Computer/D:/Games/Madness Warehouse/MM Warehouse/MM2/MM2/Texture.
