Blender PKG Import/Export
version 0.3 release

Commit log
- Changed default imported texture slot blend mode to mimic DX7 color blending
- import code cleanup
- export code cleanup
- removed hacky material cleaning functions in favor of proper material sorting functions
- sorted helpers and binary functions into their own files
- modified some code to use existing binary functions, rather than bad looking specific cases

WHAT DOES THIS ALL MEAN!?
- more stability
- fixes issues where materials would sometimes get 110% messed up on exports

With this in mind, you should definitely be upgrading your plugin to this version

I just pushed a mini update

This fixes dash exports that would crash (missing variants), and adds support for the dash_extra_H object.

This object renders under the steering wheel, but over all other objects on the dash
which means you can use this for digital tachometers / speedometers!

The support for this new kind of object is interesting, but, how to manage it properly by deciding its positioning? In the .asnode file there's no such row related with that object. How to add it, then?

It's positioned with the dash (DashOffset)

The discovery of dash_extra_H also works wonders for the '59 Eldorado's dashboard model. Using this object, I was able to mask the needles behind parts of the dashboard textures. This means that finally, after 18 years, this car can actually have a proper looking dashboard view.

Yeah, probably what was going though his head was, "Hmm I'm recording the dashboard, why not show off RV6 while I'm at it" :scratchchin:
