I want to get the registered/full version of MM2 Vehicle Editor,
but the site of it is shut down,is there a other way to get/buy it?

MM2 Vehicle Editor is so obsolete. MM2 Ultimate Tweaker totally replaced it, and concerning the default game cars, the best way is do manual edits to their tuning files and make a patch (that's essentially what MM2 Vehicle Editor does in automatic way).
I remember to have succeeded to register that problem many years ago when I tried it. I should have the text of the received e-mail copied in a .txt file.

I know to haven't been much specific, but MM2 Ultimate Tweaker is only for the add-on cars. However, I've said that for the default game cars the best solution is edit the tuning files manually. You can use this mod as base for your edits to the files (is enough use Windows Notepad to open and edit them).

That program creates a .ar file which works as mod/patch of the cars tunings that you've edited though the program. If there's a conflict with another mod which changes the tuning of the default cars, it can't work.
