help whit the new version of skin changer

I saw a car in the screenshots the name was lamborghini murcielago spec I contacted the screenshot uploader he said that I need skin changer now I can't understand how tu use it when I try to insert a car it says that it don't got any ID what is the problem and where can I find the skin to the car
