Now I know how to remove pedestrians, but I can't change those numbers in MM2CT Bai editor. Is there any way to edit it?

I've noticed this limit of the BAI Editor too. Seems that's really not possible edit the .bai files with it, and this is a bad thing. Probably in the actual version of the BAI Editor the editing hasn't been implemented, is only possible see the values. Try to contact Maxoff about this.
So, at the moment you've got how to remove the pedestrians but you haven't succeeded to do that, right? I've got how to remove the pedestrians from each road part too.
I don't think there's another .bai files editors.

RightTrams: 0
RightTrains: 0
RightUnknown0: 1
RightUnknown1: 0
RightUnknown2: 0
RightUnknown3: 0(pedestrians)

But it didn't worked. Maybe I'll edit ped pool in aimap

Hello
You may not need the answer anymore, but we will.
Please understand that English is inconvenient.

A bai file is also saved in txt format when converted to psdl in mm2ct. You can open the txt and edit it.
After editing, open mm2ct and click "generate BAI from txt description".
That will generate a bai file.
I think you know this.
Next, how to erase pedestrians, but if you open the BAI file in txt and change the 0 part of "Unknown 1: 0" to a number such as "2", "6" "7"... Pedestrians will not be able to pass on the road.
By the way, the "7" also has no traffic.
I think it can be used on one-way freeways.
I did some other research and gained some knowledge about BAI files.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.
We will answer if possible. Thank you
