how do you use dear for mm1 because it opens in command prompt and when i press a key it exits

First you have to put it in your MM1 folder. I think that you need to do this, but I don't know other steps to use it beause I've never tried.
MM1 isn't so interesting like MM2, and make a car or mod for it isn't easy as MM2, if you are thinking that MM1 .ar files are like MM2 ones.
