The shadow texture is badly made, with that mapping you must make half of it to have it correctly visible, and don't forget to keep the proper sizes (like 64x128 pixels). The car movings looks bad, surely you haven't moved the entire car to make it "lay" on the horizontal axis, but you've moved it too much above them; look
this to see what's meant.
And however, I've already converted right that model, how come you haven't noticed it despite you always show us to download kinda every file from here?
Here it is. It's ok continue to use it as training car, but choose something different and possibly still not available for MM2 if planned to be released.

Looks good, but there are various thigns to fix on model converting, like delete the parts that in origin are in an object called badge.
According to the FM3 models requests list
here, this car results taken by StanOfGB; IMO he wouldn't mind if you convert this car.
