i think i got the tuning 100% now, but i can change my opinion every second...

ok, i've got a problem. i can't get the body from 3ds max to zmodeler. i export the model to 3ds. format, but when i open it in zmodeler all the textures are removed... any suggestions?

Press E in Zmodeler to open material editor, then add all the textures there are for the car. Then go to faces level, turn on SEL and click Select>By Material. Now select one material first and click on the car. All faces assigned to that material should be selected. Now whatever object it is, (BODY_H, WHL#, ) right click its name in objects box and then right click the object name, and go to >Faces>Properties and change it from default material to whatever the name of the texture you loaded in Material editor. Do this for all objects. :) (Based on Zmodeler v1.07b and my knowledge for it :molesto2: )

Remake materials for the textures? The *.3ds format supports UVmapping. So, if you apply the right textures, it'll be the same as in max.

you can export to obj then import to ZM2 then export to zm1

i dont have a registered zmodeler2... but i'm working on carkings idea, and it works but it just takes a while :wink:

Nice paintjobs and tuning, but suspension seems too tough due to which the car bounces on grass. And what is that mysterious sound 'EtApMX5Dlon2.22k' in Aud folder? :wassat:

Tried and checked files and model converting. Good work so far, very nice model editing, it's like you've made it all. Nice paintjobs, but there's a mapping problem with the front bumper. Many things to fix, and some pretty big audio files result unused, removing them the overall .ar file size decreases pretty much. For the driver you can use the NFS ProStreet one, it fits this car.
