I've read an Aaron's topic here about MM2 to MM1 conversions. But the thing is actually done by Toty what does this MEAN?

Toty converted the default vehicles introduced in MM2 to MM1, a few years ago. I'm not sure what Aaro's contribution was though.

When it comes to normal street driving, any car is as good as good as any other. Only the racetrack can truly separate the cars' abilities.

I guess you mean this topic by Aaro. He started to make that project, but at the end, was Toty who finalized it releasing the conversion of almost all the default MM2 cars not present in MM1, available in the final game and not.
