Not 'traditions' exactly, we do some crazy things on the terrace of our building, like fireworks' rockets, small bombs and such things... Trains and some vehicles blow horn for 1 minute of the New Year.
All we do is host a party, LOTS of drinking and smoking XD. Then sleeping LOL
