From that I have understood you haven't download the file from my last link. I've noticed that isn't the same one of my first link; I have downloaded both the Neoplan Centroliner and they are different. However I haven't search nothing about the Neoplan Skyliner.

Maybe you have a lot of .ar files in MM2 folder. When I have many .ar files the game crashes. Just have about 15 .ar files!
