Ubisoft's Ubi30 giveaway
To celebrate their 30th anniversary, Ubisoft is giving away gifts. They've been already offering free games every month (you can still grab this month's Far Cry Blood Dragon for free on Uplay), now every day you'll get a new free gift (there's some PC games, but not everyday will be - today, for exa...

Yesterday I've finally tried the demo. It's a great demo, offers a lot of content to really know how the game will work and it didn't ran that bad on my PC as I was expecting. On low graphics, yet with FXAA antialiasing, it looked quite nice and with a good framerate (I wasn't able to make FRAPS wor...

In other news: Microsoft released a new version of Forza Apex, called Premium, which besides of the base free game also includes a bunch of new cars and a couple new tracks [read: more stuff ripped from Forza 6]. As you might have already guessed - it's paid, and costs 16,99$. Apparently Microsoft i...

Don't be so sure about that, just take a look on the reviews section of the full game on the store to get an idea. Horizon 3 is poorly optimized and laggy (saying this without having tried on my pc yet), so if the demo works like that, odds are so does the full version - after all, what sense would ...

Forza Horizon 3 demo for Windows 10 PC is now finally avaliable. A great way to have a first looks on how to game actually is and feels before purchasing the game and, if you're already interested, knowing how well it runs on your machine.

Time for a new contest! This will count as a joint of October and November, having contestants the full month of November to work on and submit the entries. Note that this is NOT a 2 in 1 contest, you should ONLY submit a single entry . (Hopefully) there'll be a prize for the winner! https://i.imgur...

That model is so poorly detailed you could even model it from eye :P If some say higher poly cars don't fit well on the game, I'd argue that one doesn't either for the exact opposite reason. Well, if having it in.game would be fun to you, that's what matters after all, go ahead and give it a try. It...

You can't, perfection is unobtainable, don't try to force such standards to that poor circle. :P Now being serious, with the circle selection tool, make a selection circle with roughly the height/length you need. Then, choose the selected area editing tool (the one that keeps the selected area blue)...

@Carfan: after some time working around, this is the best method so far I use: Duplicate your layer of the screenshot (so you'll now edit one of them while keeping a copy untouched). Roughly select the car(s) you want to apply the effect (either on the environment or in the car itself, doesn't matte...

Most add-on tracks (the converted ones) use the models in .z3d files, that you can open with ZModeler or Blender, using Aaro4130's tool. Default maps and most scratch-made maps use parts of the map such as roads and the ground as PSDL, which I know it is possible to open and edit, but using some tri...

Why not getting the patch? Before dgvoodoo there was an overcomplicated process to fix it so I'd understand not wanting to use it, but thanks to JimVanDam its so easy now. Anyways, answering to your question, it does work, but like crap. You'll get horrible framerates and the game is slower to start...
