It's not a default font, two of them are an edited version of arial I think. I once started to recreate it but that project is on hold ATM. I will tell you when I'm done. Those description just use the regular arial font, but I'm not quite sure

Traffic is the same (cuz drivers would still speak english), but that other stuff they say when starting a race/cruise is translated
