You can send him the additional files that make the cars work you made since it's your mod Technically those cars are released, just not as playable cars because they aren't worth it They were meant to be used as opponents on other map but I didn't know how to make them back then.

I think I've seen this somewhere. Are there any pics of the actual city? It doesn't look like it could be done in MM2, it would have too much detail unless there would be just roads (as usual on those asian bus cities)

If you don't know how to uv-map textures on objects then search for some Zmodeler tutorial Bound will be automatically generated. And yes, the train will work without roads.

Remember that you don't need to do UV-mapping on GROUND_ because the game will do it. But PH1_ etc must have UV-mapping
