The car camera problem seems to come from the order of the AR files. Try to put all your AR files before the AUD and other folders.

Some people have done it before, you can ask them. It may be the one file with the default cars.

I chose MM3, but I like MM2 too, because it's on PC.

Problem is, a city that's really big would take a LONG time to make it...

Traffic's not as easy as it seems. The traffic car behaviors keep getting messed up.

Some people also max out the stats when the car isn't even close.

Try it yourself, it's pretty easy to do if you know how. If not, ask someone to help.

Try to take the tuned AI mod out. Shader Mod 2 already comes with it.

Make sure they're legal, though. There are tons of illegal torrent downloaders out there.
