I made my first track for mm2 and it was REALLY easy.
I made it in zmodeler and imported it into mm2city toolkit. I'm not going to release it though but I could show everyone else how to make this track it will only take you about 5-10 minutes!

Well, if you want it to have traffic in it then you can use mm2city toolkit (you'll have to make your trake in zmodeler though) as long as ALL your roads have sidewalks then you will have traffic.
