How do you make a youtube acount? and dont you have to be older than 20? to register??

Hi all! I have sound with other programs. but when i'm on mm2 no sound . ps. do i have to extract the file setupreg (.exe).? and where is it loacated?

I tried putting the speaker in a different port and that doesn't work ether! ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
