How do you stretch it properly over the car?

It's a sample that im building up on (You can see the spoiler) But the wing mirrors seem to go into the glass.
The Chrome Effect doesn't seem to work on MM2. It just freezes the game.

Around near the golden gate bridge my car seems to sink through the ground and you can't see the wheels. Also My car doesn't seem to go.
