I was bored today, and decided to try to get up on this building. After about 20 tries, I finally managed to do it! I used absolutely no mods, and the default Audi TT.

5	dummiesboy (03 Aug 2010 16:57:36)	On the east side of the east tower, the base can be used as a ramp. If you aim correctly, and have enough speed, you will launch up on top of this building. The only issue is the sign, you either have to skim along the narrow back of the roof, or land on top of the sign, and fall on the roof below.

3	dummiesboy (31 Jul 2010 03:27:30)	It actually is. That was the main problem with getting up there. The bound is a rectangle the size of the sign, and I had to use 2 wheels on the side of the bound, an two on the roof to drive to the open area. Unless you land on the top of the sign, it is a very narrow path to stay up there.
