10 Years ago, I was working on MM2X.com v1.5, this site became a bigger Platform, with a real forum and a grow community! 10 Years ago, the real MM2X was born! But now, after 11 years of activity, 55 millions of page views, 14.000 registered user, 6.5Gb of files online, probably mm2x will close.. Why? because i can't pay the mantenaince costs of the server wich became always bigger. (Statistics) In 2008 I added the PayPal donation form in the bottom left menu for Help our site, since 2008 we received only 2 small donations. Not Enough  We are asking your help! every kind of donation can help this site to remain online! Please Help MM2 eXtreme! Make a donation! |

| Wow, this is unexpected. Most of us have taken MM2X for granted, and never really thought about the money needed to keep it up. I would donate if I could, but I'm only 16, and don't have any sort of financial accounts. I would need to try to get my parents to use their paypal account for this... but don't hold your breath. |

| Honestly I would like more info. Maybe I shouldn't be asking this, but how much do you pay monthly? I have no idea how much I would need to donate to make a difference and to really help. I'm not in a good financial situation either, but I could probably donate at least a small amount when I get my next paycheck. I have considered donating in the past, but was too selfish to actually do it. But if the site is really in peril, I could find it in myself to spare some money. |

| I was expecting to hear exactly this one day! But why don't you just move this page? It is possible to have sites online for free with the domain "*sitename*.tk". And there are also other sites where you can do that. I don't know one so I'll make an example with "example.net". If you use their service the site would be called "mm2x.example.net". Think about that so you don't have to pay anymore. I would donate but I'm only 14 so I have no chance, sorry! |

| I saw that coming. But that's the risk for having paid hosting and domain. Always have been, unless you don't have money ;) I am not sure if I could donate some money, but I love MM2X, I don't want to see it die. BTW, how much has to be paid overall to the hosting? |

| Hi all and i'm sorry for the news.. i never want to see mm2x down, but i tried everithing and i have no choice.. we don't need big donations, because my hosting is cheap.. but a little donation will help me to pay the rates.. you can select the amount :) 1$ to 5$ will be enough if donations are a lot.. i was also working on the new mm2 eXtreme v4 source but for now i suspended the project.. if i will not reach the amount i'll start to put some banners on the site.. i always hated the ad's! and i promised that i never will use them, but if it will be necessary for keep the site online i'll activate them.. sorry again! and no problem if you can't make a donation :) because mm2x is a community and you're part of it! and it's enough :) i hope someone will help us :) |

| Pretty impressive news, after so many years of well going I couldn't never think that this website could risk the closing because of financial problems to pay the hoster. I barely remember that you told me how much you pay for the hosting, and it wasn't so much. However, the donation button has been placed there for a precise reason. I would like to donate, but possibly in a different way, and being both Italians I guess that this is possible in some way. For more and other I'll directly speak to you, DjDecibel. |

| It's bad news to see, that there is a chance of shutting down mm2x :( If I could, I would donate, but I can't because of my age... If It would help mm2x, I'd be for banners on website, because they're maybe annoying, but they can pay website the lifetime. Maybe you should add some now, just on sidebars to earn some money and add some others, when there won't be any other alternative. Thanks for creating so great website :) |

| I've asking this topic to Franch a loooooooong time ago. But, not really remember what he said to me. I just get the point from him is, "every things gonna be ok". I was thought and knew if this news will be happen sometimes later. And here it is. Yeah we never knew what happen in the future. I would like to help, but I don't have any online bank accounts. | with paypal you can make donation from every currency and country.. and you can do it from wathever credit card: mastercard, visa, visa electron, american express.. it's like buying something online.. if you want more infos, click on the donate button and give a look :) every kind of donation can help this site to survive :) |

| Sorry, I can't donate being 13 and all that... But I will say one thing; Why not move to a .tk domain, (mm2transdev used to have one) and maybe use file hosters like sendspace, etc to host files. I have always been suprised over the fact no ads have been on mm2x, but I don't mind, please no pop-ups!! |

| OMG, I'm crying! Do not let MM2X go, it's the only "real" MM2 place for us and a home as well. I've never been so much online on any other forum or site as MM2X. I'd also like to donate, but I don't earn any money and I don't have PayPal accordingly. So fight for its staying online, put these ads if they're necessary but do NOT let it go away... :cry: |

| Damn. Never knew this day would come.. Really sucks to hear the site about to go down. But if enabling ads and popups on this site makes a huge impact on keeping this site alive, then I could suggest you do so in order to keep the site up. Wouldn't even bother me. I can adapt to ads. As long as it aint those inappropriate ones. Other than that it actually sucks to see this great site about to go down. I wish I could pay, but Im a money mess at the moment. But yeah I do actually hope you get support from the fellow MM2x members with the donation. |

| I'm speechless, to be honest. it's been too long since I've been on here (need to get on here more often, if only I could get my MM2 up & running again with sound, but anyway.) I don't want to see this site die, we're all fans/contributors, etc. to this old, but very good game. I would totally donate money just to keep MM2x afloat, but I'm not that financially secure (yet), even though I'm only 24 years old. If anything to save this site, please enable banner ads (I know everybody hates ads, but if anything, it should help save this site instead of having to pay someone in order to keep it up for all of us.) Please nobody let this site die, it's a sacred haven for all of us, man. this site (and another one) was what got me back into playing MM2, I kid you not. | This site won't stay up unless we all band together to fight and keep it up one way or anther. my idea is putting up banner ads (I'm aware everybody hates ads, but for me, it seems like it's the only option we've got.) If banner ads are put up, nobody will have to worry about having to pay someone in order to keep it up. the ads pay for themselves, in the long run (hopefully.) |
