I have tried this before, and failed, but I didn't try the above meathod. I'll let you guys know if it works in a new topic. :) |
11 | Franch88 (10 Dec 2009 20:13:22) | Great work Dummiesboy. ;) First ever real conversion from MM1 using the game files. The .bms files seems to be like archives, there's a tool for them. |
10 | StanOfGB (10 Dec 2009 14:05:40) | contolable in mid-air? Impossible! lol, now that would be a breakthrough! |
9 | reckless201 (10 Dec 2009 13:17:18) | Lol its so small for an aeroplane :P |
8 | dummiesboy (10 Dec 2009 12:35:44) | Hehe, thanks guys. However, you shouldn't be giving me credit for finding the way to convert the models. In fact, there is another project from the guy who made it possible to convert models. :)
This is a WiP. In fact, it may even be possible to fly, and be controlable in mid-air if I can get its tuning right. |
7 | StanOfGB (10 Dec 2009 03:28:35) | dummiesboy, i was going to exclaim to the heavens how much of a breakthrough this might be, but i figured that I'd get the same reactions as you are getting, now. but DAMN wow first ever MM1-MM2 convertion! Great job pal! :) |
6 | dummiesboy (10 Dec 2009 01:53:14) | It was impossible because the BMS model format was not able to be opened by any 3d modeling program, making it impossible to get any model (and Chicago...) from the game.
Never mind I guess. No one seems to get how much of a breakthrough it is. :/ |
5 | Silent1Unknown (10 Dec 2009 01:42:00) | Why was it impossible?
Anyway, nice plane. I'd like to fly it around. |
4 | dummiesboy (10 Dec 2009 01:38:23) | ...
I dont think you realize that this is the first ever conversion from MM1 to MM2. Previously, it was impossible. |
3 | Zac4084 (10 Dec 2009 01:35:16) | Not really amazing, but nice. Good to have it in MM2.. |
2 | dummiesboy (09 Dec 2009 23:55:00) | Nope. Not at all. ;) |
1 | Revan174 (09 Dec 2009 23:45:47) | scratch made model? xD |
