Givort, have you tried to extract the files from the .ar file? You don't have to do this. It isn't a .zip file with the .ar file inside, you've only to put it in your main game folder.
About your question, I believe that you mean how to make a car for MM2. There's a tutorial in the forum. For other contact me.
