Hello All! I was contacted yesterday from a Legal Association which represents Acura and Honda companies, they accused me and MM2X of Trademark Infringment.. so i decided to remove every car and add on representing those 2 Marks.. from now the "Acura" and "Honda" files will be removed ASAP.. i'm so sad about this but I can't do a legal war for some FREE add-ons.. feel free to comment here! | 8O What sad CENSORED little beggers... What they don't realise that they are getting FREE ADVERTISING!!! Honestly though, over some blinking add-ons for a 10-yr-old PC game they just have lost the plot completely. |

| It's very bad fact , but really you can post cars , just you can change the name , and logo same German Truck Simulator . IVECO is a IVEDO.. and DAF , is a DAV , MERCEDES ACTROS is a MAJESTIC ATIOS etc... And you dont have a problem... |

| The most good idea is to remove the compnies names ans make a file name which will include all the vehicules in it. Like a mixup. Which was also in www. mmarchive.com , like that. you will get the cars back, Dj. And name them as 1,2,3,4,5,6 and other numbers. :D |

| Right everyone here is a list of suitable replacements for your Ponda and Crapuras: Accord S --> Volvo S60 RDesign/Merc C-Class Accord Comfort - Chevrolet Cruze turbodiesel CRZ --> Hyundai Veloster Normal Civic - Nissan Micra Sporty Civic - BMW 3 Series/Merc CLC/Pug 308 NSX - BMW M3/Mitsubishi Eclipse/Toyota Supra/Ferrari/Porsche/Lambo Prelude - Kia Forte Koup Insight -- Lexus C-Series hybrid Fit/Jazz - Pug 207/Toyota Yaris/Nissan Micra Hope this helps - and Honda can shove it where the sun don't shine. You don't see many of these in Britain anymore. Not surprising really. There's only so many incarntions of the Austin Maestro and Montego the public will take before they start buying cheaper, better, greener, faster and more reliable cars that aren't based on a clapped out Rover. I scrapped my 98 Civic 1.4/Maestro missing 2 doors for a Pug 406 1.8. Bigger, better, quieter and more comfortable. And cheaper to tax, insure and fuel. Happy madness motoring 8) |

| This is bad,i was planning on downloading an acura,why they did this ? Nothing is wrong with this,what will be their next move ? Remove honda and Acura cars from GTA Add-ons ? Or even from games ? | ugh. this sucks. :( you should look into if these Legal Association guys are joking or not. Honda & Acura are some of the best makes out there. I sense political correctness is at work here (how I despise political correctness.) don't Honda & Acura realize that these are free add-ons and that they both get free advertising? but referring back to what some of the other posters on this forum suggested, why not change the names of both makes and their cars to something fictional, like what was done for Midnight Club 2 & some of the Grand Theft Auto games? hopefully, that should iron out that problem, if anything. good luck on trying it and I'm keeping my fingers crossed on if that works. **** legal issues and **** political correctness. :x |

| who gives a crap?sorry,but jap junk is not my thing,when it come to mm2 because in real life,japan just reverse engeneer cars. like toyota's first car,was a REVERSE ENGINEERED 1938 Chevrolet! yep.that former loom company made a car.but cheated their way through.2007 camry? Plastic Plastic! Radio? Out DATED!sorry,but i like muscle cars and european and australian cars much better. lots of RWD cars with V8's,BABY! The 1999 Toyota Supra and 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse,are good cars. As well as the first Civics.I think 1999 was a superb year for japan's car industry.(u might be thinking, :roll: ) |
