Cadillac 59 Model from Classic Madness

Hey HQTM-Team,
I sent a message to 'hqtm@o2.pl' and PM'ed Maxoff with the following content (I though youre might not checking the box anymore so I though this is a better way maybe):

I wonder if its possible to get an unlocked 3D version of your Cadillac 59 Eldorado Model (I love that car) you made for CM in 3ds... or whatever format you prefer. I need it for what i would call "personal study".
In no way I want to publish this model on my own or spread it around the internet of sorts.

Please tell me if its possible (or not) and fell free to speak out further policies or limitations
