I reinstalled the game and when I want to start it... It won't start! It just exit from the game... It's strange cause I played the game normally till I reinstalled it. Any solutions?

I have the similar problem, instead of gamepad I have Steering wheel with vibration but when I install the softwear CD the pedals don't work corectly , but when I just plug USB the pedals work fine but than the vibration don't work... any solutions?
