How to add traffic cars

so I'm getting midtown madness 2 for my windows 10 I need to know how to add traffic cars
Well, there's multiple mods avaliable from the downloads section to replace the traffic cars. Choose one you like and try out! (I'd recommend to check out The_Most_Wanted's NFS mods that feature really good traffic packs from each game).
If you're wondering how to replace each specific car with an higher polygon model, that's not possible, even with the heap overrun fixer (I think...). The way the game works doesn't allow such high amount of high detailed models. The easiest and most reliable way to do it is getting a traffic car pack that you like, but don't expect very detailed models.
