You wouldn't get sued.. They'd send you a Cease and Desist before doing anything.. But I doubt even that'll happen..

I did this as a test for Aaron as he assigned me the task of making the multiplayer for his version of MM2.

I was there for a few minutes.
Better place the main light source (sun) a bit lower so that ray-trace shadows are clearly noticeable. Are the physics scripts written from scratch?

Na, it won't. If they're ending multiplayer support for games as recent as Halo 2 and other Xbox Live\Live for PC games (not that recent, I know, but far more recent than MM2) I'd guess they've all but forgotten it exists. And its 14 years old already. There can't be too many years left before it becomes free domain, and those that remember they made the game likely don't care.
