If you don't wanna play through the game :
Download that savegame and follow the instructions within it * Players folder deletion is probably not needed

If you just don't know what to do:
Complete all crash course missions and all races in SF and London to unlock all cars! Good luck

Professional 100% Profile finished here.

Simply, replace the players folder in your MM2 installation directory.

PS: Use one at once, if you extract files from both players folder to one, it will mess-up the names or might crash.
