I was going on some Midtown Madness forums, asking if anyone had the beta of MM1 and to contact me on Steam if they did. And to my amazement, some guy did! He gave me a installer, I downloaded the game and it worked!

I've kept in mind of the particular day, I was expecting that this topic was a joke. Also, the story of asking about it on a Midtown Madness forum nowadays (what could it be, indeed?) isn't so credible.
There exist other Midtown Madness beta, or such, screenshots that show a different HUD and hudmap style than final version.
