Static camera angle

Most of you people know this trailer (or not):



Well the thing is that at 0:04 and at 0:15 seconds the camera is static and then changes back to the car (the blue Aston Martin).

Now I already tought about multiplayer, but as I know, that camera animation isn

Silent1Unknown made such a cam, search MM2X for it.
