[Help] Offical AR file format info

With mm2c down I can't seem to find any info on the microsoft AR file format. I was hoping to program a upto date extractor with some extra features

but without knowing how to read them im kinda stuck.

For mm2 or mm1? For MM1, I can pm you an extractor. For mm2, just use 7-zip.

This is for mm2 and I know that mm2 will load zip archives. But im looking to write a more up to date version of DeAR 2.

Ok. MM2's .ar files are just .zip files renamed as '.ar' instead of '.zip'.

Maybe that ill help you go in the right direction.

Well I was thinking more or less of the mm2core, mm2aud, mm2audx and mm2tex ar files. But thanks for the info anyways.

Yw. Yeah, I don't know much about thise .ar files. xD They are probably same type as mm1 ones.
