Just make picnot bigger than 100x100 pixels and save it in jpg or png( I don't know wich one is accepted by MM2X)

100 x 100 Pixels is good, use some kind of program to make one.

in your control panel, you can upload a image from URL or from your PC, make sure it's 100x100px like zac said, and it should appear.

You mean to create new one ? you need some programs like PhotoShop (The best) and a good skill of graphist. Personnally i don't know how to do a good one. Find some one that could do that for you.

if you want animation then download pivot stickfigure animator!
don't save it as 100x100 pixels, it will automaticly.
