It's looking good, but yeah, that texture for the docks seems pretty bad for quality. For the sea you could make more blue the in-game textures, as Sajmon suggests, so it'll be more realistic; it's hard make new 30 textures for the sea animation.

There is also one unused water textures setthey are in different blue than stock ones

Good idea, i'll try to paint the original animation more blue.
I've already try the second water animation but the sea seems more white than blue... it doesn't look good.

I changed the textures of the highway (all in all i changed these textures 4 times) but i find it looks better.

Nice textures, they give a particular look.

However, if you want to keep the realistic look, with such colored textures you won't get it.

I don't want to make sf better likeness to the real San Francisco, i just want to make it better likeness to an american city, not especially sf.

very nice work HPA! i'm interest on it! on the water texture, maybe you can edit the texture more transparent, or brightness, or anything you like...

Thx guys!
I tried to make the water texture a little bit transparent but when a car fall into the water, i can't see the under water part of the car. So it's useless, it's a shame....

I think i found a good texture for the water (from GTA SA), now there's no animation but i will work on it, i'll show pictures.

The Bay Bridge is very good with these new textures. I like the rusty metal look one.
Nice water texture too, but for the ocean maybe it should be more dark.
