i think its to be better if it have a dash.

i have suggestion for the color, and it is "black and red", "black and blue" or "black and grey".
this is my pic for example.
keep the black texture as a primary texture, and the multiple color is grey, you want to replaced with another colors. could you make the color look like this? and fix the glass texture.

Better make the colors how Hastantyo suggests, they'll look more nice. About the dashboard there's no good photo of this car dashboard, so must be used the 3D model to make it, making a rendering image. Riva plans to convert this car too.

Looks better now, and nice paintjob. Anyway, put also some colors as Hastantyo suggests.

No, the wheels are ok. That dashboard is the one of the actual Smart Fortwo model, and it's pretty good. Anyway, the dashboard isn't a priority for a first car release; if you're able to make one, is always better.
