Are there any tracks with traffic cars besides the defaults?

I've downloaded a few tracks and checked many descriptions of tracks but I still am not sure if any come with traffic cars. If anyone could give me links or names, that would be helpful. I'm tired of only causing havoc in SF and London.

There is Crazy Neighbourhood by HQTM-Team, Classic Madness, my Rossinator's City, my HummersRock's City, my Cage, and others also. I cannot think of any others at the moment, but I know that there are more.

OH! New York. Get the New York track from www.mmarchive.com, it is a very nice track.

To see if a downloaded track has the traffic car you have to see if in the possible description of the track is written that it has the traffic cars. And also, you have to test it in-game.

The tracks with working traffic cars are: New York City, HummersRock's City, Pleasentville, Crazy Neighborhood, The Cage, Rossinator's City, UK City Bus Phase 1 (Welwyn Garden City), Oceany beta 2 and Koreacity. There aren't too many tracks with traffic cars, and some of them are work in progress, like Stingercity, or aren't never be released, like Madness City 4.

Welwyn Garden City is another one you should check out. Since authors didn't find out how to add traffic to cities until recently (and by then a good portion of city creators had gone), such cities are a minority.
