Kunal, you haven't fixed anything, when the direct linking (or hotlinking) to an image isn't allowed by the website where it's placed isn't possible to diplay it in forums using the IMG BBCode; copy and paste the image URL in the browser address bar and confirm, in this way you can see it. You can see the image in the forum just because it there's in the browser cache, but just reload it (CTRL + F5) to see it replaced with the wesbite advice image.

However, I've found what's the racing game, it's the incoming simulator rFactor 2. Wilder suggeted how get it, so, next time is better post the image uploaded to an image hoster.
