Looks great, especially with the icons from Most Wanted. I would highlight a bit the writings "Cruise", "Sprint" etc., because they aren't well visible IMO.

Personally, I think it looks unprofessional compared to the real selection screen.

For the buttons, you should use the alpha channel, this will look better.
BTW, good job

The MM2 game menus are made in JPG, they can't have an alpha channel for the transparencies, but the completely black parts of the JPG images results not visible when used for the game menus, at least should be so, this happens for the track map preview for example. This can be used for the buttons, is only to see how they'll look.
Nice vehicle selection menu, you're keeping almost any feature of this mod simple done.

The background is made in JPG, but buttons are in TGA, first you need to size the button (64*64, 128*128, 256*256...), then put an alpha channel, resize the picture to its original size and it works.

Yes, I know that they can have alpha channel but when some screens aren't repainted, they don't look well. Btw menu buttons doesn't support black color etc.

Update:
1. Finished menus: Main menu 75%, Garage 95%, Single player 95%, Multiplayer 70%
2. London cop car: Opel Vectra 80%
Pics will be soon.
