In the second try you're doing much better skies, but possibly, make them with something different than the MM2 Revisited V5 mod and Silent1Unknown's 360 degrees skies. I could suggest a sky without a cloud for the noon clear combination in SF, just a smoothed blue color that will look like a sky. The actual one can be used for the noon clear combination in London.

I have taken permission to make this mod :)

I have started London because I am not getting a perfect sky,but don't worry I'll finish it soon.
