The car class is a microcar. The brand is French and has been founded in 1984.

LoL now I recognize this car (and his emblem), it's a car without a driving license (what a shame in France and Belgium, dunno if other European countries allow that).

Most of the time, they're AIXAM or Ligier car but ... this one is a Chatenet (from Automobiles Chatenet).

Is it the Barooder S2 ?

Nice guessing Riva, it's the Chatenet Barooder S2, the restyling version I guess. Your turn.

In Italy microcars could be driven without a license from the age of 14 years old, but since some years is required the same driver license for 50cc scooters. Yeah, all the microcars cost a lot because they're a bit made in manual way and in little series, and they can be driven only in cities. Other brands of microcars are Aixam, Casalini, Grecav, Ligier, Microcar and Town Life.
