I do not know if you need pay or not. But unless they will allow you more space I would go with https://freehostia.com/ . That way if you ever want more bandwidth and space you can get more for 2 bucks a month.

I mean, it's 2 bucks a month. That's 24 bucks a year. My friend who had a very measley allowance when he was ten could have paid for it.

Please, shut up with these asking to host your website on MMArchive. I've only said a my possible wrong idea. If you want to talk with Gafaddict, send a PM to him with your request and wait for a reply.
Better build an own website with own graphic and then host it in a free hosting website, like the ones suggested by HummersRock.
